Our Mission
We created LOKACIA to connect space owners with those who need them. Our goal is to help hosts earn from their venues and help renters quickly find the perfect space for productions, events, meetings and more.
What we do
For Hosts
Auto-generated contracts, built-in analytics, verification and promotion. The service fee is 15% from the host. Rent out your studio, loft, restaurant or country house — and earn.
For renters
Smart search with filters and map, online booking, direct chat with host, PDF invoices for business. Find a venue for a photoshoot, toi, conference or party in 5 minutes.
