2. Subject matter and role of the platform

The platform is a marketplace (agent) that enables interaction between hosts and renters. The platform is not a party to the rental agreement and does not own the listed venues.

3. Parties

Only an individual entrepreneur (IE) or a legal entity may act as a host. A renter may be either an individual or a legal entity.

4. Commission

The service commission is 15% from the host and 5% from the renter and is withheld from bookings. The payment provider's acquiring fee is paid separately.

5. Payment and distribution of funds

Bookings are paid through the payment provider PayLink.kz. When a booking request is submitted, no funds are charged or held and no card details are requested. Payment is made after the host confirms the request (for instant bookings, immediately after the booking is placed) on the provider's secure payment page. From the moment of payment, the funds are held by the payment provider until the booking is fulfilled, after which they are split: the host's amount and the platform commission. The operator does not hold users' funds in its own accounts. The exact procedure and timing of holding, splitting and refunds are set by the agreement with the payment provider.

Payment flow step by step:

1. The renter selects a venue, dates and time and places a booking (a request or an instant booking).
2. For a booking request, the host confirms it; no funds are charged or held at this step. An instant booking (where available for the venue) is confirmed automatically, and the renter proceeds to payment right away.
3. After confirmation, the renter receives a notification (email, push notification, chat message) with a payment link and pays for the booking in their account: the "My bookings" section → the "Pay" button → the secure payment page of the provider PayLink.kz, where bank card details are entered (Visa/Mastercard and other supported methods). The platform does not receive or store card details.
4. From the moment of payment, the funds are held by the payment provider until the booking is fulfilled; the renter sees the payment confirmation and the booking status in their account.
5. After the rental is completed, the provider distributes the funds: the host's amount to the host, the platform commission to the operator.
6. In case of cancellation, the refund is made to the same card in accordance with the cancellation terms (section 7 and the document "Payment, cancellation and refunds").

6. Acceptance

Registration on the platform and/or placing a booking constitutes acceptance of this offer.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the host's cancellation policy and the Payment, cancellation and refund terms.

8. Liability and claims

The platform is not liable for the quality of the venue or the actions of the parties and is not an insurance organisation. The procedure for filing and reviewing claims is described on the page "Safety and claims".

9. Governing law

The relations between the parties are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
